Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ricobrown.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate speaking engagement inquiries. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the use of the Site by others.

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission
  • Transmit any malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access

Speaking Engagements

Submitting a request through the contact form does not constitute a binding agreement for a speaking engagement. All engagements are subject to a separate written agreement between Rico Brown and the event organizer that will include specific terms regarding fees, travel, logistics, cancellation, and intellectual property.

Availability, pricing, and engagement terms are subject to change and are confirmed only through a signed agreement.

Voice AI Calls

The Site provides access to an AI-powered voice assistant via telephone. By calling the number listed on the Site, you acknowledge that:

  • You are speaking with an AI assistant, not a human
  • Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality and training purposes
  • Information provided by the AI assistant is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer or agreement
  • Standard carrier charges may apply to your call

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the W.I.N.S. Methodology — is the property of Rico Brown and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

"W.I.N.S." and "W.I.N.S. Revenue Operating System" are proprietary frameworks created by Rico Brown.
